With the implementation of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Tracking and Traffic Management System Project, the registration and flight approval processes for UAVs shall be simplified, and no extra permission shall be required for hobbyist UAV flights.
The response to a query submitted by Mustafa Bilici, a member of the New Way Party in Izmir, concerning the utilization situations of drones weighing lower than 250 grams, was offered by the Strategy Development Directorate of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
