US Muslim group expresses disappointment over Bidens stance on Israel-Hamas conflict

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) on Wednesday condemned repeated Israeli assaults on the Jabalia refugee camp in Gaza and expressed its disappointment over the Biden administration’s refusal to demand a cease-fire within the Israel-Hamas battle.

“We are running out of words to describe the American Muslim community’s disappointment with the Biden administration’s refusal to demand a cease-fire,” CAIR National Deputy Director Edward Ahmed Mitchell stated in a press release.

Israeli Prime Minister “Benjamin Netanyahu isn’t accidentally killing civilians in the Jabalia refugee camp day after day; he is obviously doing so deliberately. At this point, President (Joe) Biden’s refusal to demand a cease-fire is bordering on the absurd,” he stated, including: “For the sake of God, President Biden, stop this madness and demand a cease-fire.”

A collection of Israeli airstrikes on the Jabalia refugee camp within the Gaza Strip on Tuesday led to tons of of casualties, in keeping with the Interior Ministry within the besieged enclave.
