The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) introduced that the “Nusret-2023 Invitation Exercise” is underway in Çanakkale and Saros Gulf from November 28 to December 6, hosted by Türkiye.
According to the assertion from the ministry, the aim of the train is to “provide training on the planning, execution, and evaluation of mine warfare for the participating units and commands, and enhance the interoperability of mine warfare elements participating from different countries.”
As a consequence, models from the Naval and Air Forces Command and the Coast Guard Command, in addition to components and observer personnel from 15 pleasant and allied nations, will take part within the train.
In addition, a press briefing for the train, which will even contain the NATO Standing NATO Mine Countermeasures Group-2 (SNMCMG-2), will probably be held tomorrow at 10:00 on the Çanakkale Naval Museum. At 14:00, protection trade corporations will manage exhibitions, displays, and reside demonstrations at Nara Military Port and the historic Nara Castle.
