Underlining the success in managing the local weather disaster via strategic efforts, Türkyılmaz famous a surge in inexperienced areas because of ongoing afforestation campaigns. According to stories from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization spanning 2015 to 2020, Türkiye ranks forty sixth globally in growing forest property, marking an increase to twenty seventh place in 2018 spurred by nationwide afforestation campaigns.

Citing U.N. stories, Türkyılmaz highlighted Türkiye’s hanging ascent to the primary place in Europe and the sixth globally for augmenting forest property. Over the final twenty years, forest areas have soared to 29.98%, equal to one million hectares of verdant terrain.
