Samet Saray, a Turkish area technician, says he felt “incredibly proud” when Türkiye’s first astronaut Alper Gezeravci flew to area.

Saray was a part of the workforce which produced SpaceX Dragon, which on Thursday carried Gezeravci and three different astronauts to the International Space Station.
