SpaceX’s Dragon Capsule, carrying Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish house vacationers, splashed down efficiently off Florida at 8.30 a.m. Eastern Time (1330GMT).

The capsule undocked from the International Space Station on Wednesday and started its return to Earth.

On Friday, the capsule jettisoned its trunk at 7.37 a.m. and deorbited quickly after at 7.41 a.m. earlier than deploying its parachutes simply forward of reaching the floor.

The return course of took round 47 hours.

The Axiom-3 house mission had been launched from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida on Jan. 19 on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket.
