The Kremlin on Wednesday denied claims by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that Russia is getting ready to mobilize 300,000 navy personnel.
“This is not true,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov informed Russian state-run news company TASS.
Earlier within the day, Zelenskyy mentioned throughout a joint press convention along with his visiting Finnish counterpart Alexander Stubb within the capital Kyiv that Moscow is planning to mobilize 300,000 navy personnel by June 1.
