Syrian PM Jalali taps Bassam Sabbagh as country’s top diplomat

Syria’s Prime Minister Mohammed Ghazi Jalali introduced Bassam Sabbagh because the nation’s new overseas minister on Monday.

Sabbagh was a deputy to former Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad, who was appointed the vp for overseas and data insurance policies.
