Archaeological excavations within the Atyrau area of Kazakhstan’s Caspian Sea space have uncovered artifacts courting again centuries, together with jewellery, weapons, ceramics, and human stays from the Scythian interval.

These finds have been found within the “Karabau-2” kurgan (tumulus) and date again to between the sixth century BC and the 4th century AD. Among the objects discovered, a gold bracelet weighing roughly 370 grams and that includes depictions of mountain leopards was a spotlight on the exhibition.

Marat Kasenov, a Kazakh archaeologist, shared that over 1,000 historical artifacts have been unearthed, together with 100 gold jewellery items, typically depicting native predators like leopards and tigers.
