Nearly a month after a lethal assault on Zamzam displacement camp in North Darfur, tens of hundreds of survivors stay stranded in Tawila, dealing with dire shortages of meals, water, shelter and medical care.
As preventing intensifies round el-Fasher, waves of newly displaced households are arriving day by day, many in vital situation, in response to the help group Doctors Without Borders (MSF).
