Inter Milan and AC Milan have denied tons of of supporters from extremely fan teams entry to new season tickets for the Giuseppe Meazza stadium, the Corriere della Sera newspaper reported on Saturday, citing membership sources.
Those affected are primarily members of the organized fan teams of each golf equipment. According to the report, many of those individuals are named within the “Doppia Curva” (“Double Curve”) anti-mafia investigation.
The Italian authorities are accusing members of the extremely teams of black market ticketing, extortion and drug dealing in addition to hyperlinks to the ‘Ndrangheta, a Mafia group from the southern area of Calabria.
According to the Corriere della Sera, the golf equipment are denying season tickets to “undesirable fans” who had been named within the investigations, attracted consideration by means of stadium bans or had been concerned in violent incidents – whatever the ongoing proceedings.
The fan group names “Curva Nord” (Inter) and “Curva Sud” (Milan) may also not be formally used sooner or later. Furthermore, the switch of tickets inside the teams is to be prevented.
In addition, a brand new safety plan is to be launched on the stadium. Facial recognition cameras are for use on the turnstiles as early because the 2025-2026 season and the pilot challenge may be prolonged to different stadiums in Italy.
