Lufthansa extends suspension of flights to Tel Aviv, Tehran until Sept. 2

German airline Lufthansa introduced on Friday that it’s extending the suspension of flights to Tehran and Tel Aviv till Sept. 2 because of safety considerations.

Flights to Lebanon‘s capital Beirut had been halted till no less than Sept. 30 amid heightened tensions within the area, and fears of a brand new struggle between Israel and Hezbollah.

Meanwhile, flights to Jordan‘s capital Amman and Iraqi metropolis of Erbil, which had been suspended earlier this month, will probably be resumed from Aug. 27, in accordance with the Lufthansa assertion.
