Turkish competition watchdog launches probe into 19 pharma companies

Türkiye’s competitors watchdog Thursday introduced it had launched an investigation into 19 pharmaceutical firms to find out whether or not they had violated competitors regulation.

In a press release, the Competition Authority (RK) mentioned it had selected Nov. 9 to launch the probe into firms together with AstraZeneca, Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, Bausch & Lomb, Sanofi and Pfizer. It offered no additional particulars.
