Türkiye calls on strengthening intra-trade among OTS countries

OTS, whose founding identify was Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking Countries (in brief, Turkic Council), was established on Oct. 3, 2009 with the Nakhichevan Agreement signed by Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye.

Uzbekistan attained membership within the group in 2019, whereas EU member Hungary, Turkmenistan and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) have observer standing.
