Chips to replace animal testing in drug development

Under the European Union’s “Horizon Europe” program, the “Organ-on-Chip Systems Focused Strategic Partnership (OrChESTRA)” venture, led by the METU MEMS Center, has begun working with companion organizations from three nations to develop chips for use in drug analysis that may change laboratory animals.
