The Ministry of National Education (MEB) issued an announcement Wednesday, formally prohibiting the existence of practices reminiscent of “room parent” or related unofficial roles in faculties that aren’t licensed by laws.
The General Directorate of Basic Education below the Ministry despatched a round to all 81 provinces, addressing the difficulty of the “room parent” observe.
