The Turkish treasury and finance minister, Mehmet Şimşek, started to go to Gulf international locations on Monday to introduce funding alternatives in Türkiye.
Announcing his go to on the X platform on Tuesday, Şimşek stated he met with Emirati Investment Minister Mohamed Hassan Al Suwaidi in Abu Dhabi and Qatari Finance Minister Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari in Doha.
He additionally met with Mohammed Ali Al Khouri, secretary common of the Expo Doha 2023.
“We explained the investment opportunities in our country to more than 200 investors and representatives of the financial world at the ‘Türkiye Your Resilient Partner’ program organized by our Embassy in Qatar and the Presidential Investment Office,” he stated.
He will attend the Future Investment Initiative convention in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, he added.
