Türkiye rescued 104 irregular migrants within the Aegean Sea after Greek authorities pushed them again into Turkish territorial waters, authorities mentioned Thursday.
Coast guard models rescued the irregular migrants from rubber boats off Çeşme and Seferihisar districts in Izmir province, the Turkish Coast Guard mentioned in an announcement.
Coast guard groups additionally caught 82 irregular migrants in rubber boats off the coast of Çeşme.
They have been taken to the provincial migration administration directorate.
Türkiye and world rights teams have repeatedly condemned Greece’s unlawful apply of pushing again asylum seekers, saying it violates humanitarian values and worldwide legislation by endangering the lives of weak migrants, together with ladies and kids.
