Three Black males filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday in opposition to American Airlines, claiming that they had been racially discriminated in opposition to after they had been allegedly pulled off a airplane over a physique odor criticism.

According to the lawsuit filed within the Eastern District of New York, all eight males reboarded the flight about an hour later after expressing considerations about discrimination and the airline’s incapability to e book them on a later flight.
The plaintiffs are looking for compensatory damages, the quantity of which can be decided by a jury trial.
