Bosnia bids farewell to 4 more victims of Prijedor massacre

Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday bade farewell to 4 extra victims recognized to have been killed within the Prijedor bloodbath.

The newly recognized Bosniak civilians who have been killed within the Bosnian warfare between 1992 and 1995 have been buried on the Kamicani Memorial Center.

Alija Foric, Bademi Music, Nazif Music and Enver Aliji have been each recognized 32 years after being killed.

At the occasion, Bosniak member of the Presidential Council Denis Becirovic stated these murdered by the Serbs have been buried in 73 separate mass graves.

Underlining that crimes together with parts of genocide have been dedicated in Prijedor, Becirovic stated: “I would like to remind you that World War II criminals were tried in Nuremberg in 1945-1946 for crimes against humanity. Everyone in Bosnia and Herzegovina should learn from this and focus on building a safer future.”

He urged folks to not neglect the “innocent victims” to stop such an incident to occur once more sooner or later.
