The suspect, who too was among the many injured, has been arrested, Zadran added.

The NGO mentioned it handled 11 wounded, together with two younger youngsters, a 16-year-old and two ladies.
“The explosion took place at a second-hand clothes market when it opened and people crowded to get in. This is the Pamir Cinema neighbourhood, one of the most densely populated in Kabul. Many of those affected by this attack will be living in conditions of severe poverty,” mentioned Stefano Gennaro Smirnov, the non-profit’s deputy nation director in Afghanistan.
No group claimed duty for the assault.
