The sanctions concern folks from the Russian judicial system, officers say. More particulars are anticipated to be introduced within the coming days.

The transfer follows the choreographed re-election of Russian president Vladimir Putin over the weekend. The election was overshadowed by Navalny’s demise in a Siberian jail camp in February.
