Israeli airstrikes Friday claimed the lives of no less than 12 Palestinians in Khan Younis, situated within the southern Gaza Strip, as a number of properties have been focused.

In a press release, the Gaza-based Interior Ministry mentioned that 12 Palestinians have been killed and dozens of others injured in a collection of recent Israeli airstrikes on residential properties throughout the town.

For the twenty first day, the Israeli military continued to focus on Gaza with heavy airstrikes that destroyed total neighborhoods and killed hundreds of individuals.

The battle in Gaza started when the Palestinian group Hamas initiated Operation Al-Aqsa Flood – a multi-pronged shock assault on Oct. 7 that included a barrage of rocket launches and infiltrations into Israel by land, sea and air.

Hamas mentioned the incursion was in retaliation for the storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and rising violence by Israeli settlers in opposition to Palestinians.

The Israeli army then launched a relentless bombardment of Hamas targets within the Gaza Strip.

Nearly 8,500 individuals have been killed within the battle, together with no less than 7,028 Palestinians and 1,400 Israelis.

Gaza’s 2.3 million residents have been working out of meals, water, medication and gas, and assist convoys allowed into the enclave have carried solely a fraction of what’s wanted.
