Japan‘s visiting international minister on Sunday pledged $37 million in contribution to a NATO fund for Ukraine‘s protection amid the continuing struggle by Russia on its neighbor.
In an unannounced go to to Kyiv, the capital of the war-stricken Ukraine, Yoko Kamikawa mentioned that Tokyo will present an uncrewed plane detection system and different forms of support to Ukraine, Japanese news company Kyodo News reported.
The high diplomat additionally vowed to “keep supporting Ukraine so that peace can be restored” throughout a press convention together with her Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba.
She additionally pledged that Japan would supply Ukraine with 5 cellular fuel turbine energy mills to counter harsh winter circumstances within the Eastern European nation.
