Kosovo president says there is no need to meet before imposing sanctions on Serbia

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani stated Thursday there is no such thing as a want to fulfill Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic earlier than imposing sanctions on Serbia for aggression within the north.
