The Kremlin on Wednesday condemned Israel’s strikes on Syria and the creation of a “buffer zone” alongside the Israeli-annexed Golan Heights, saying it wished to see the nation rapidly “stabilised”.
“The strikes, the actions in the Golan Heights and the buffer zone hardly contribute to the stabilisation of the situation in the already destabilised Syria,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov mentioned.
