The Kremlin stated on Thursday a comment by Joe Biden calling Russian President Vladimir Putin a “crazy SOB” debased the United States and those that use such vocabulary, and was a poor try to look like a “Hollywood cowboy”.

The U.S. president made the remark throughout a fundraiser in San Francisco on Wednesday, and in addition stated there was at all times a menace of nuclear battle though the existential menace to humanity remained the local weather.
