The Kremlin on Wednesday mentioned Ukraine must “sober up” as President Volodymyr Zelensky introduced the main points of his “victory plan” to the parliament.

Speaking to reporters in Moscow, spokesman Dmitry Peskov mentioned Zelensky introduced the plan, a blueprint to finish the conflict that continues since 2022, as a continuation of the coverage of “fighting to the last Ukrainian” that has been dictated by the U.S.
