Kyrgyzstan and Russia on Sunday reaffirmed their dedication to strengthening bilateral relations and increasing cooperation within the worldwide enviornment throughout talks between Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
