NATO‘s determination to extend defence spending won’t considerably have an effect on Russia‘s safety, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated on Thursday.
NATO allies on Wednesday agreed to boost their collective spending purpose to five% of gross home product over the following decade, citing what they referred to as the long-term menace posed by Russia and the necessity to strengthen civil and army resilience.
“As for the impact of this 5% goal on our security, I don’t think it will be significant,” Lavrov informed a press convention.
