Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim on Friday referred to as the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant as a “monumental victory.”

The resolution “marks a monumental victory for all who champion justice and humanity,” the premier mentioned after Friday prayers in Putrajaya.

He mentioned the choice would alleviate the struggling of the folks in Palestine.

The premier described the choice as affordable, saying it was based mostly on the legislation and proof of oppression, cruelty and killings. He mentioned if Netanyahu makes any visits overseas, he needs to be arrested.

The Hague court docket, in a landmark transfer on Thursday, issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant after accusing them of committing crimes in opposition to humanity and struggle crimes in Gaza.
