Meta on Friday confirmed it’s assessing when the phrase “Zionist” must be deemed hate speech amid the Israel-Hamas conflict.
The tech titan behind Facebook and Instagram confirmed a Washington Post report that it’s considering of increasing its hate speech ban to incorporate extra makes use of of the time period, notably when it seems to be an ill-spirited substitute for “Jews” or “Israelis.”
