The nature of the safety risk posed by North Korea may change “drastically” within the coming decade on account of its unprecedented cooperation with Russia, the White House‘s senior director for arms management Pranay Vaddi stated on Thursday.
“What we’re seeing between Russia and North Korea is an unprecedented level of cooperation in the military sphere,” Vaddi instructed Washington’s Center for Strategic and International Studies assume tank.
