The Philippines will observe a day of mourning on Monday as two current tropical cyclones throughout the nation left 146 individuals useless and affected 8.6 million individuals.

According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), 189,340 homes have been broken by the cyclones-Trami and Kong-re, regionally named Kristine and Leon, respectively.
