Russian President Vladimir Putin met with North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui in Moscow on Tuesday.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and presidential aide Yury Ushakov additionally took half within the assembly, in keeping with a Kremlin assertion.
