Russian President Vladimir Putin has reaffirmed Moscow’s willingness to barter with Ukraine, asserting that Russia has persistently sought a diplomatic decision to the battle.
Speaking at his annual year-end news convention and call-in present in Moscow, Putin criticized Ukraine and its Western allies for what he described as their refusal to have interaction in significant dialogue.
