Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday started a gathering about Ukraine with US Presidential Special Envoy Steve Witkoff in St. Petersburg, based on a press release from the Kremlin.
Witkoff arrived within the morning at Pulkovo Airport and earlier within the day, met with Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
