Blinken, for his half, expressed U.S. appreciation for the Qatari emir’s efforts to succeed in a hostage swap deal in Gaza, QNA stated.
The U.S.’ high diplomat began a regional tour on Monday within the newest diplomatic efforts to push for a cease-fire in Gaza and a hostage swap deal between Hamas and Israel.
He visited Saudi Arabia and Egypt and can be scheduled to go to Israel, and the West Bank throughout the tour.
