Russia demanded Ukraine arrest and extradite Vasyl Maliuk, the pinnacle of Ukraine’s safety service, and people implicated in “terrorist acts” in Russia.
An announcement by the Russian Foreign Ministry on Sunday mentioned that Moscow has put ahead a requirement to Kyiv to “immediately arrest and extradite” these implicated in “terrorist acts” within the nation because the begin of the Russia-Ukraine struggle over two years in the past.
