Russia downed 101 Ukrainian drones over its territory in a single day, the defence ministry stated on Saturday, with restricted injury and no casualties initially reported the place the bulk fell.
“One hundred and one Ukrainian fixed-wing UAVs were destroyed and intercepted by the air defence systems on duty,” Russia’s defence ministry stated on Telegram.
Fifty-three drones have been downed over the Bryansk area, the place the governor stated there have been no reviews of injury or casualties.
Eighteen went down over Krasnodar, neighbouring Crimea, the Ukrainian Black Sea peninsula annexed by Russia in 2014.
Krasnodar Governor Veniamin Kondratyev stated falling particles from a drone “caused a fire that spread to explosive objects” within the Tikhoretsky district.

Russia has lately introduced capturing down Ukrainian drones nearly each day in response to what Kyiv says are retaliatory strikes for Russian assaults throughout its offensive launched in February 2022.
