Russian official sees dim prospects for nuclear accord given ruined relations with US, TASS reports

Russia sees little probability of saving its final nuclear accord with the United States, as a result of expire in eight months, given the “ruined” state of relations with Washington, its high arms management official instructed TASS news company in an interview.
