Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi stated Wednesday that the scenario within the Gaza Strip can’t afford any additional delay in reaching a cease-fire settlement.

“The humanitarian situation in Gaza cannot afford further delays in reaching decisive solutions for a cease-fire,” al-Sisi stated throughout his assembly with the Foreign Affairs Committee of the British House of Commons delegation in Cairo.

The assembly mentioned “the regional situation, particularly in the Gaza Strip,” in keeping with an announcement by the Egyptian Presidency.
