Turkish National Defense Minister Yaşar Güler and his Romanian counterpart Angel Tilvar on Friday signed a bilateral army framework settlement at a ceremony within the Turkish capital Ankara.
Güler welcomed his visiting counterpart with a army reception on the National Defense Ministry.
After the reception, the 2 protection chiefs first held a one-on-one assembly after which presided over inter-delegation discussions.
