The Turkish Ministry of Family and Social Services will host a “Children in a Digital World Workshop” on Tuesday, in collaboration with UNICEF.
The occasion goals to handle the fast integration of the digital world into youngsters’s lives, analyzing its results, alternatives, and dangers, the ministry mentioned in an announcement.
The workshop seeks to make sure that youngsters can healthily have interaction with the digital world, profit from its alternatives, and be shielded from potential dangers.
It follows on from a current workshop on digital dependancy and households and can make a big contribution to authorized frameworks and practices.
The ministry defined that three working teams will concentrate on varied facets of the workshop.
The Legal and Legislation Group will focus on present legal guidelines and measures that shield youngsters’s rights and security within the digital realm, whereas the Education and Empowerment Group will look into methods to assist youngsters use digital instruments safely and successfully whereas selling cultural and social help.
The third, the Social Awareness and Support Group, will work to boost consciousness amongst mother and father, professionals, and most of the people concerning the secure and knowledgeable use of digital instruments.
The workshop’s outcomes purpose to create a roadmap for youngsters to navigate the digital world successfully and safely, with a concentrate on their well-being and improvement.
