Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has appealed to the worldwide neighborhood for help following stories of the alleged shootings of Ukrainian prisoners of battle by Russian troopers.
The International Criminal Court should challenge arrest warrants for the “Russian executioners and torturers,” the highest diplomat wrote on X on Sunday.
