Ukraine enters 2nd winter of war with ‘increasing disease burden’ on health care: WHO official

The World Health Organization (WHO) on Tuesday warned that Ukraine is getting into its second winter of the Russian battle with an “increasing disease burden” on well being care.


”We are entering the second winter, which will be cold and long winter and has also public health effects,” Jarno Habicht, the WHO consultant in Ukraine, advised a UN briefing in Geneva through video hyperlink.
