Ukraine and the UK signed a “100 Year Partnership” settlement Thursday to deepen protection cooperation and tackle long-term threats and challenges to maritime safety after British Prime Minister Keir Starmer arrived in Kyiv on his first go to since taking workplace final 12 months.
