UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres strongly condemned Tuesday’s lethal assault on the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza which left tons of of individuals useless.
“I am horrified by the killing of hundreds of Palestinian civilians in a strike on a hospital in Gaza today, which I strongly condemn,” Guterres stated on X.
“My heart is with the families of the victims. Hospitals and medical personnel are protected under international humanitarian law,” he wrote.
More than 500 folks have been killed in an Israeli airstrike on Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital, Health Ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qudra informed Anadolu.
Footage on social media confirmed corpses scattered throughout the hospital grounds.
According to an Anadolu reporter, hundreds of Palestinians have been on the hospital when the constructing got here beneath bombardment.
