The provision of medical care within the Gaza Strip has been “completely paralyzed” because of the impossibility of communication through phone and web, based on the Ministry of Health in Gaza.
Eyewitnesses informed dpa that ambulances and civilian guards have been unable to achieve injured individuals in attacked places or recuperate useless our bodies. They stated native residents try to move injured individuals in their very own vehicles.
The communications outage has left ambulances and medical groups unable to do their work, stated Ashraf al-Kudra, a spokesman for the ministry.
