At least 9 individuals working in olive fields have been killed and one other injured in assaults by Syrian regime forces on Saturday in northwestern Syria, in accordance with the White Helmets civil protection group.
The Syrian military of Bashar al-Assad‘s regime and Iranian-backed terrorist teams stationed within the village of Khan al Subul in southern Idlib province attacked agricultural employees accumulating olives within the village of Kokfin.
The White Helmets stated in a press release that 9 civilians have been killed and one other injured within the assault.
Türkiye, Russia, and Iran created 4 “de-escalation zones” in Syria in areas not underneath the management of the Syrian authorities at a gathering in Astana, Kazakhstan in 2017.
The Damascus administration, Iran-backed terrorists and Russia continued assaults, seized three out of 4 districts, and headed for Idlib.
Although Türkiye reached a further settlement with Russia to strengthen the cease-fire in September 2018, the assaults intensified once more in May 2019.
After a brand new cease-fire deal for northwestern Syria was reached between Ankara and Moscow on March 5, 2020, the truce was largely preserved.
Between 2017 and 2020, two million civilians fleeing assaults have been compelled emigrate to areas close to the Turkish border.
